# Expert Advice:

01 -
  • The homemade Caesar dressing comes together in two minutes and tastes infinitely better than anything from a bottle
  • Perfect for meal prep because the components stay fresh and the wraps hold up beautifully for hours
  • You get that restaurant crunch without the restaurant price tag or the post-meal food coma
02 -
  • Warm your tortillas for 15 seconds in the microwave or they will crack when you try to roll them
  • Do not skip resting the chicken, cutting into hot chicken lets all the moisture escape and you end up with dry, sad strips
  • The dressing tastes better after it sits for 10 minutes, make it first while the chicken cooks
03 -
  • Double the dressing recipe and keep it in your fridge for quick salads all week
  • If your tortillas are stiff, sprinkle them with water and microwave for 20 seconds
  • Chill your lettuce after washing it for maximum crunch in every bite
